FAQ/ SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

We have a NO RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE policy, if an item is defective, or damaged we will replace the item. 

To start a replacement return you can contact us at customerservice@graceandfreeaccessories.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If a refund is granted we will credit back the original purchase amount minus a 15% restocking fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If an item arrives/is damaged or defective you have within 48hrs from receiving the package to notify us of the damage.

You can always contact us for any replacement return questions. Please note if we are unable to replace the item a refund will be issued. Please note it could take up to 10 business days for the refund to process. All refunds will be granted in the form of a STORE CREDIT.

Order Cancellations 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED. 

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING/PROCESSING?

There is a 5-12 business day processing time for all orders. Some orders may be processed sooner than others depending on volume of orders. In the event an item is out of stock in your order we will ship the in stock items first then the out of stock items at a later time. Business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please note we do not ship on weekends. Please note that delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Our primary carrier is USPS for shipping but due to extreme circumstances, we may ship using UPS.

LOST PACKAGES:

Grace and Free is not responsible for packages marked delivered. If you feel your package has been delivered in error please contact your local post office immediately so they can track the package with the delivery driver. We will make every effort to help find your package and submit any claims if necessary. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At the current time we do not ship internationally.
